  • Event Restrictions

    Heroes of the Dorm® tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who violates the terms of the Heroes of the Dorm Ticket Agreement. Due to fire regulations, access can be limited to the maximum capacity of the particular hall and will be on a first-come first-served basis. If an area has reached its capacity, you may not be granted reentry after exiting. General admission seating can be purchased fromwww.unlvtickets.com.

  • Attendee Ages Restriction

    We do not recommend bringing children 5 years of age or under due to loud noises. No refunds or exchanges. No strollers will be allowed. Anyone 12 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Heroes of the Storm Code of Conduct

    We want everyone at Heroes of the Dorm to feel like they’re part of one big Blizzard family—and to help make that happen, we ask that everyone at the show be respectful and courteous to their fellow attendees. If you witness or experience any activity that puts someone’s safety or enjoyment of the show at risk, inform a security guard or Blizzard employee and let them know. We have escalation procedures in place to handle these kinds of situations, and we’ll be able to take the appropriate action from there. In order to ensure the event provides a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone, Blizzard reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket-purchase price, to refuse admission or remove from the event any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, or unbecoming, or who uses vulgar or abusive language.

  • Item Restrictions and Prohibitions

    Bags up to 20" x 10" in size may be brought into Heroes of the Dorm. All guests will have their bags searched before entering the venue. Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry if they are found to contain prohibited items below:

    Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages; desktop computers; laptops; electronic storage devices; edged weapons (such as knives, daggers, or swords for costumes), actual clubs, maces, or other crushing weapons; projectile weapons, even if unloaded or nonfunctional (including air guns, longbows, crossbows, etc.), alcohol, fireworks, glass bottles, cans, large containers. FIREARMS are strictly prohibited.

    **Any attendee found to have violated the prohibited items list may be removed from Heroes of the Dorm.**

    Tablets (such as iPads) and video cameras are permitted for use. However, you may not record gameplay from any of the screens. Personal equipment may not be connected to any computer for any reason at any time.
